Your Payment Options

E-Check – Enter your routing and account number to pay rent directly from your checking or savings account. This option is 100% FREE to you.
Credit/Debit Card – Use your debit or credit card to pay rent. There is an online payment fee to pay by this method:
- $17 for up to $900
- $27 for $900.01 – $1,250
- $37 for $1,250.01 – $3,000
Electronic Cash Payments – We can provide you a reusable payslip you take to 7-Eleven or Ace Cash Express to pay rent in cash.
- Pay up to $1,500 in cash for a $3.99 transaction fee
